Abstract

A Classist Office is an entity or institution in a church context, especially in churches that have a denominational or hierarchical organizational structure. However, in the budgeting process carried out by Klasis towers there are still obstacles in managing their budget efficiently, difficulties in recording expenditures, lack of understanding of the appropriate allocation of funds, and the inability to follow budget developments in real-time. Therefore, it is necessary to have a budget application that is able to manage and provide accurate information regarding the company's budget. The method used in this research is waterfall. After the application is created and implemented in the company, the budget allocation process and usage reports can be presented quickly and accurately and can help the parties involved in the company to make the necessary decisions.
